You will also be updated as to the progress of each order and given a detailed breakdown of any out-of-stock items and realistic timescales for their availability.
The "Products" section of our website includes full information on all of the ranges we distribute and also allows you to download orders forms for each range (including details of stock levels) and also download product images for your websites. Online ordering for trade customers is expected to be available from late summer 2006.
